Shipping policy

Shipping (USA only)

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once processed, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking number where you can see updates on shipping status (it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear).

Shipping time can vary, but packages typically take 2-3 days from ship date to arrive to most US addresses. However, please allow up to 7 days, as some deliveries can take longer with delays due to COVID. Additionally, delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method at checkout.

Shop Empathic is not responsible or liable for packages that are lost or stolen once a package has been shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, this should be reported directly to the carrier.

    • Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns

If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect items in your package, please send an email to info@shopempathic.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the item and the packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us with any return questions at info@shopempathic.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged return, if the damaged product is sold out, we will issue a refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, Shop Empathic does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
